$1,085,000 Toxic Uniforms Verdict: Jury Finds Twin Hill Liable in First Bellwether Trial

The five-week trial was the first of more than 425 pending cases brought by American Airlines employees. The jury awarded nearly $1.1 million to two of the flight attendants selected by plaintiffs’ counsel and additional damages to two plaintiffs selected by the defense.
